I love to get orders from exotic places. Today we got our first order from the Maldives (AKA Maldive Islands). Of course the first thing I do is check the country out and this island nation is definitely getting into my “places I must visit as soon as I have some time off” list.

So if you didn’t know, the Maldives are the smallest Asian country in terms of population. It is also the smallest predominantly Muslim nation in the world. It’s located about 700 KM south west of Sri Lanka and encompasses 1,192 (one thousand, one hundred ninety two!) islets. Two Hundred and Fifty of those are inhabited.
